Based in Mount Barker, we work with a range of awesome local businesses including wineries, hospitality, tourism, construction, trades, government and local brands.

About our process
Our processed is designed to be hassle free, efficient and reliable, helping to deliver the best return from your investment every time.
1. Book it, plan it
Start the process by securing your booking.
With your booking secured, we move on to the planning stage. We'll guide you through the process to help make the most of your shoot day.
2. Shoot it
This is where the fun starts. We’ll arrive on shoot day and work our magic, authentically capturing your brand and everything that makes it special.
3. Process it
With the shoot completed, we’ll spend the next 7-10 days processing the images from your shoot. Curating and editing images to make sure you’re brand is looking its absolute best.
4. Deliver it
The moment we’ve all been waiting for, delivery day! You’ll receive your content via a downloadable online gallery, ready for you to start utilising the images.

Travel to your location
Travel within a 35 minute radius of Mount Barker is included as standard (based on Google Maps estimates).
Expert postproduction editing
Capturing your pics is only half the story, once we get back to the studio we edit and retouch every delivered shot, making sure your brand looks its best.
Quick 7-10 day content delivery
No one wants to be kept waiting for their fresh new pics and thats why we prioritise a fast 7 - 10 day turnaround time.
Easy to use online gallery
Access and download your photos via our easy to use online gallery, sent straight to your inbox.
12 month’s complimentary content storage
Content storage costs of both your online gallery and the original RAW files is on us for 12 months.
No complicated commercial licensing
Our packages include a standard use commercial licence, meaning you're good to go as soon as your content is delivered.
Up to 1 hour on site
Snapshot session
Short and sweet, yet very effective. One hour might not sound like a lot, but you'd be surprised just how much we can capture in the space of 60 minutes.
Typically we use snapshot sessions for capturing small moments and events. This could be capturing a project update, site visit, seasonal harvest and so on.

Standard session
Our most popular session, two hours is typically the sweet spot for most shoot requirements. The standard session gives us adequate time to showcase your location and create those eye catching results you're chasing.

Half day session
For when you need a little more time to bring the bigger picture together. Half day sessions give us the flexibility to capture multiple locations, setups, people or longer stages of a project without feeling rushed.
Ideal for larger projects or when there’s simply more ground to cover.

Up to 8 hours on site
Full day session
For when there’s a lot to capture. Full day sessions give us the time and flexibility to properly explore a project in different lights, capture multiple locations and create a substantial image library.
Perfect for larger campaigns, major projects, events or businesses looking to build a substantial bank of imagery in one organised shoot.

Optional additions
72-hour priority delivery - $110
Jump the queue and get your images within a 72 hour window with priority content delivery.
24-hour express delivery - $400
Some things just can't wait, if you need your images the same day or within a 24 hour window we can usually accommodate this subject to availability.

All of our packages include travel within a 35 minute range of Mount Barker (based on Google Maps estimates). If you’re outside of this radius we'd still love to work with you and can extend it on request.
Pre-shoot planning – Price on request
Not really sure how to bring your shoot to life? We’ve seen almost everything over the years and know exactly how to get the most out of a shoot. We can assist in planning, location scouting, mood boards etc.
FAQ's
How do I book?
To secure a booking we requre a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. Final payment is due 3 days before the shoot date
How many images do I receive?
Completely valid question, slightly tricky for us to answer! Each shoot is unique with different requirements and briefs but we’ll always deliver all the great images we capture! It’s important to remember that this isn’t a numbers game – one great image can be much more valuable than 10 average images. As a general guideline we typically deliver somewhere in the ballpark of 30 – 60 great images per hour.
How do I receive my photos?
As soon as your pics are ready you’ll receive a link in your inbox to a personal online gallery. From here you can download the content from your shoot and start showing the world!
What’s your turnaround time?
We know you’re eager to start utilising your content and so we prioritise quick turnaround times. All images are delivered within 7-10 days of your shoot.
We also offer a priority 72-hour delivery service or for those in a big rush we have a same day / 24-hour delivery service (depending on availability).
Is travel included?
Yes – All of our packages include travel within a 35 minute range of Mount Barker (based on google maps estimates)
If you’re outside of this radius we would still love to work with you, drop us a line and we can quote the additional travel distance.
What happens before the shoot?
A well-planned shoot ensures everything runs smoothly on the day and you can make the most of your investment. Once your booking has been secured there is three options:
1. Sit back and relax. We’ll show up on your booking date and get to work with what we have available.
2. Take the reins and tell us exactly what you want. Before every shoot we reach out with the opportunity for you to provide mood boards, project briefs or shot lists. Send it through for us to review prior to your shoot.
3. (Optional) Pre shoot planning service. We’ve seen almost everything over the years and know exactly how to get the most out of a shoot. We can assist in planning, location scouting, mood boards, shot lists etc.
Are you insured?
Yes – we hold professional photography services insurance. This includes public liability insurance as well as equipment insurance. If you require a certificate of currency, please contact us.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes - If your project doesn’t fit into one of these predefined packages please reach out to us with your requirements and we can quote accordingly.
